We’ll be scheduling our SPRING cleanup soon–probably late April and/or early May. Join us as we “spiff up” the place, do a bit of landscaping, and get the park ready for possible play in 2021. Stay tuned!
Become a Coach or Assistant Coach
Interested in becoming a Coach or Assistant Coach for the Kiwanis Miracle League? It’s time to sign up! If you have coached previously or you are a possible “first timer”, you will need to register. While we’re not planning on a “regular” spring season, we still continue to seek coach volunteers–we want to have a full coaching staff so that when we’re able to resume full play, we will be ready!
We are seeking two or three more ASSISTANT COACHES to enable us to have at least three assistant coaches on each of our 17 regular teams. In fact, we’re adding another adult team and will be needing a “head” coach and two or three assistants for that team as well. The new adult team will be The NATIONALS (of course!).
In a normal season, if you can commit to at least 50% of our eight Saturdays, you’re a good prospect. Or if you’d like to coach in the spring but not fall season (or vice versa), let us know that as well. And, don’t worry, you don’t have to know a lot about baseball. What you DO need to have is a desire and passion to work with kids! A clear background check is required of all coaches and assistant coaches. We’d love to include you on our coach roster! Please contact us if you are have questions.

Be an adult volunteer for our
2021 June “pop up games”
We need YOU to be an “Angel” for our players when we resume “normal” play. Help a player bat, field the ball, catch, even maneuver around the bases during a game.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel our 2020 Spring and Fall Seasons due to the novel coronavirus pandemic.
While we won’t be playing “regular” team ball in spring 2021, we WILL be playing individual-based “pop up games” in June. These games will limit the number of players in our dugouts and require fewer volunteers on the field. But we WILL need some volunteers to pull off this games!
We will need an adult pitcher, catcher, 3 in the outfield, 2 dugout managers, 2 concession workers, and 1 scorekeeper for each 45 minute game. Think you can help on Saturdays in June? We’re scheduling games for June 5, 12, 19, and 26. All volunteer signups will be handled through our online system, www.signup.com. Please copy and paste this link into your browser and sign up!
